I first learned of Juice Society when a glass milk bottle full of green juice was given to me at the pits of a hangry bent. Stuck at work without a break in sight, a friend who'd stopped in just happened to have a bottle of Juice Society's OMGreens juice in her bag. I was having a pretty hard time imagining how a plain ol' bottle of juice could calm me, but it did just that. A bottle downed and I was one happy lady. Danielle's hand-made & hand-delivered juices take bottle juice up a notch. There's a little something extra about them that's hard to pinpoint, but whatever it is, it's really something special.

Along with our expanded vendor space, food is a new addition to Feliz. We're so excited to have Juice Society among our first food vendors. What can we look forward to from you?
We are so excited to be a part of Feliz! Well be serving up a few flavors from our line up of organic, cold-pressed juices. All of our juices are raw and made with organic and local produce so you can expect the freshest product thats filled with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Perfect for replenishing during and after Feliz!
Fresh pressed juice has become a bit of a thing. Why do you think that is?
There is a huge movement happening right now and it's super exciting to be in the midst of it all. There is just so much more information and knowledge surrounding the importance of food and I think a lot more people are starting to really pay attention to it. Juices are an incredible foundation for creating healthier eating habits and a healthier lifestyle in general. It is an easy way to get a highly concentrated amount of leafy greens, fruits, herbs and vegetables that you might not get otherwise (Each of our bottles contain anywhere up to 6 pounds of produce!) You can just grab a bottle and go! The entire mindset surrounding health and wellness is shifting in such a positive way and I think incorporating juices have been the core of that for quite some time.
Your business operates a little outside of the normal parameters: you offer delivery to customers rather than a traditional brick and mortar. Why the atypical route? What do you like about it?
I originally intended to launch JS with a storefront but like many things in life, not all goes to plan. Im a big believer that the universe shifts plans for a reason and so with that, I shifted my perspective. Instead of launching with a brick and mortar I thought I would launch as a made-to-order online business using word-of-mouth and social media to help create our community. Thankfully, this has worked out great for us and now, a year later, we are in the midst of construction for the first storefront!
I really love hand delivering our juices to our customers. Im still the one doing it! Every morning I wake up at 5AM to head out on deliveries. It's allowed me to build and foster really meaningful and special relationships with a lot of our customers, many of whom I can now call my friends. Our community is the pulse of our company and getting a chance to interact with them daily really lights me up.
What's your go-to juice?
It changes with the season! Right now Im loving The Foundation (apple, lemon, extra ginger) and Root Down (beet, carrot, apple, lemon, celery, ginger.) Both build and support your immune system which is perfect as we shift into cooler months.
What influences you on a day-to-day basis?
I started Juice Society with a solid vision for our company, our values, our community and our team. Of course as you grow you pivot and flow with the changes, but that vision is what continues to drive me and influence my day-to-day decisions. Creativity, balance and connection are all key elements that inspire and influence the direction of Juice Society and my life.
